On June 29, Sigurd and Catherine Slaastad purchased a home at 835 Lake Ave., Wilmette from Marital Patricia H. Glunz (trust), H. Glunz Patricia (marital trust), Jane G. Delaney (trustee) and Jerome Glunz (trustee) for $965,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $30,892.95, 3.2% of the sale price of the home.

So far in June 2021, 71 properties sold in Wilmette.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, there were two registered voters residing at 835 Lake Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: John P Glunz, 85, and Judy a Glunz, 75.
