On June 30, Daniel Gruia purchased a home at 8836 Sayre Ave., Morton Grove from Kenneth Lawrence Kring (trustee) and Gladys Druger (trust) for $317,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $4,062.46, 1.28% of the sale price of the home.

This property is one of 45 sales so far in Morton Grove in June 2021.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Gladys K. Druger has been registered to vote since 1997 and has voted in at least nine primary elections, records show, including six Democratic Primaries and three Republican Primaries.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 8836 Sayre Ave. as of Oct. 10, 2020: Gladys K. Druger, 85, and Karen R. Kring, 58.
