Trustee Canty moved, seconded by Trustee Schwingbeck that the Committee-of-the-Whole accept the 12 month period ending December 31, 2020 Annual Financial Report.

B. Report of the Committee of the Whole Meeting of June 28, 2020

Review of the Capital Asset Policy Update

Trustee Baldino moved, seconded by Trustee Bertucci that the Committee-of-the-Whole recommend to the Village Board that the Board Approve the Capital Asset Policy Update.

C. Report of the Committee of the Whole Meeting of June 28, 2021

Review of the 2022 Capital Improvement Program Update

Trustee Canty moved, seconded by Trustee LaBedz that the Committee-of-the-Whole Approve the 2022 Capital Improvement Program Update.

D. Report of the Committee of the Whole Meeting of June 28, 2021

Operating Fund Overview/Recommended Budget Ceilings 2022

Trustee Scaletta moved, seconded by Trustee Tinaglia that the Committee-of-the-Whole recommend to the Village Board that the Board Approve the 2022 Budget Ceilings of $81,592,500 for the General Fund; and $25,035,500 for the Water and Sewer Fund.

E. Report of the Committee of the Whole Meeting of June 28, 2021

Review of the American Rescue Plant Grant - Spending Proposal

Trustee Canty moved, seconded by Trustee Scaletta that the Committee-of-the-Whole approve the American Rescue Plan Grant- Spending Proposal.

F. Report of the Committee of the Whole Meeting of July 6, 2021

Interview of Jay Virchow for appointment to the Bicycle and Pedestrian Advisory Commission, term ending 4/30/23

X. CONSENT AGENDA

This Agenda consists of proposals and recommendations that, in the opinion of the Village Manager, will be acceptable to all members of the Board of Trustees. The purpose of this Agenda is to save time by taking only one roll call vote instead of separate votes on each item. Consideration of this Consent Agenda will be governed by the following rules and procedures prior to roll call vote:

1.Any Trustee who wishes to vote "no" or "pass" on any Consent Agenda items should so indicate.

2.Upon the request of any one Trustee, any item will be removed from the Consent Agenda and considered separately after adoption of the Consent Agenda.

3.Citizens in the audience may ask to remove any item on this Consent Agenda.

4.One roll call vote will be taken and will cover all remaining Consent Agenda items.
