Consideration of a draft Resolution recommending approval of an application filed by The Cove School, Inc. as a potential lessee of 1370 Meadow Road, which is owned by TEF Shermer, LLC for the purpose of authorizing the following zoning relief: A) Special Permit to allow Job Training and Vocational Rehabilitation Services in the C-3 Central Business District (SIC No. 8330.00); and B) Approval of any other such variations, waivers, and zoning relief as may be necessary.
