Special Use to permit a medical office pursuant to Section 11.03 (d) (42) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.
3. 365 W. Northwest Highway
Special Use to permit a restaurant pursuant to Section 11.03 (d)(27)(28) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.
Variation for an additional 43 parking spaces to allow 158 parking spaces instead of the minimum required 220 parking spaces pursuant to Section 7.03 (b)(1) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.
