On March 31, 2021, Kathleen Falco (trustee), Anthony Falco (trustee), Kathleen Falco (trust) and Anthony Falco (trust) purchased a home at 6856 W. Keeney St., Niles from Mary A. Mangan (trust), James Mangan (trustee) and Eugene Mangan (trust) for $325,000.

The amount paid for property taxes on this property in 2019 was $6,317.36, 1.94% of the sale price of the home.

In March 2021, 34 properties sold in Niles.

According to the Illinois State Board of Elections, Eugene Mangan has been registered to vote since 2015 and has voted in at least 10 primary elections, records show, including 10 for Democrats. Mary a Mangan has been registered to vote since 1997.

The Illinois State Board of Elections data shows that there were two registered voters residing at 6856 W. Keeney St., Niles as of Oct. 10, 2020: Eugene Mangan, 90, and Mary a Mangan.
