Variation to permit the total ground floor area of all accessory structures in the rear yard to be 1,250 square feet instead of the maximum permitted 700 square feet, pursuant to Section 6.01 (a) (4) of the Village of Palatine Zoning Ordinance.

2. 1501 N. Hicks Road

Variation for a new 120-foot communications monopole tower, with a 21- foot Northwest Central Dispatch 911 antenna, extending to a height of 131 feet, to be set back 64 feet from a residential property, instead of the minimum required 120 feet, pursuant to Section 6.02 (b) (1) (b) of the Village of Palatine Zoning Ordinance;

Variation for a new 120-foot communications monopole tower, with a 21-foot Northwest Central Dispatch 911 antenna, extending to a height of 131 feet, to be set back 20 feet from the side (west) property line, instead of the minimum required 120 feet pursuant to Section 6.02 (b) (1) (c) of the Village of Palatine Zoning Ordinance;

Variation for a new 120-foot cellular monopole tower, with a 21-foot Northwest Central Dispatch 911 antenna, extending to a height of 131 feet, to be set back 20 feet from the rear property line (north), instead of the minimum required 120 feet pursuant to Section 6.02 (b)(1) (c) of the Village of Palatine Zoning Ordinance;

Variation for a new 120-foot communications monopole tower, with a 21- foot Northwest Central Dispatch 911 antenna, extending to a height of 131 feet to be set back 113 feet from the side (east) property line, instead of the minimum required 120 feet; pursuant to Section 6.02 (b) (1)(c) of the Village of Palatine Zoning Ordinance.
