Forest River home prices fell in the second half of 2020

The median sale price of a home sold in the second half of 2020 in Forest River fell by $92,500 while total sales decreased by 71.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through December of 2020, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $237,500 - a 28% decrease over the $330,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were seven homes sold in Forest River in the second half of 2019.
