1. Zoning Board of Appeals - Regular Meeting - Oct 13, 2020 7:00 PM

PUBLIC HEARING

1. 203 S. Ashland Ave.

Variation to permit a fence to be located on the lot line instead of the required 5 ft. setback pursuant to Section 6.03 (b)(4)(e) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.

Variation not to install landscaping material between the fence and the lot line abutting a public street pursuant to Section 6.03 (b)(4)(e) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.

2. 939 N. Franklin Avenue

Special Use for an Accessory Unique Use to permit a chicken coop pursuant to Section 10.01 (b)(1) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.

3. 784 E. Dundee Road

Special Use to permit a medical dentist office pursuant to Section 11.03 (d) (42) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.
