Village of Palatine Zoning Board of Appeals met Oct. 13.

Variation to permit an eight-foot fence, instead of the maximum permitted six-foot fence, pursuant to Section 6.03 (b) (1) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.

2. 1070S.BrockwayStreet

Special Use to permit an addition to be set back 25 feet from the side yard abutting a street lot line, instead of the minimum required 40 feet and a setback of 7 feet from the interior side yard, instead of the minimum required 15 feet, pursuant to Section 10.02 (c)(12) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.

Special Use to permit a fence on the rear property line abutting the side lot line of a front yard of an adjacent lot pursuant to Section 6.03 (b) (6) of the Palatine Zoning Ordinance.

3. 249N.PlumGroveRoad

Variation to permit an accessory structure to be 3 feet from the side lot line, instead of the minimum required 5 feet and 9 feet from the primary structure, instead of the minimum required 10 feet, per Section 6.01 (a) (2) of the Village of Palatine Zoning Ordinance.

4. 113S.WalnutStreet

Special Use to permit an accessory structure to exceed the maximum height allowed of one (1) story, not to exceed 15 feet or the highest point of the principal structure, per Section 6.01 (a) (1) of the Village of Palatine Zoning Ordinance.

Variation to permit an accessory structure to be 780 square feet instead of the maximum allowed 545 square feet, per Section 6.01 (a) (4) of the Village of Palatine Zoning Ordinance.
