III. AGENDA ITEMS – Time: 7:21 PM

1. Consider a Request to Amend the Licensed Premises for Soccer Enterprises Inc. (D/B/A The Penalty Box) at 545 Consumers Avenue - Approved by Voice Vote Village Manager Reid Ottesen explained the Soccer Enterprises Inc. request to amend their licensed premises to allow an outdoor bar area on the west side of their building at 545 Consumers Avenue (facing the postal center). The approval would allow this to take place through the current license year which will expire

June 30, 2021. This amendment would allow operation of an outdoor beer garden area until October 31, 2020, following guidelines of social distancing and midnight close. If a more permanent basis is desired, a formal zoning process would be required.

Jerome Pinderski, Jr., 115 W. Colfax, attorney, and Dave Richardson, part owner, expressed appreciation to try this experiment to see mechanical and financial success. No tent is planned at this time.
