a. Special Use to permit a fence in a side yard abutting a street, where the side lot line of said side yard abuts the side lot line of a front yard of an adjacent lot
2. 2195 N. Hicks Road
a. Special Use Amendment for electronic message board
b. Variation to allow an electronic message board to be 100% of the sign area instead of the permitted maximum 40%.
c. Variation to allow the size of the proposed sign to be 69 square feet instead of the maximum permitted 50 square feet for institutional use.
3. 839 W Brookside Street, 262 S Quentin Road, including the 3 vacant lots south of 262 S Quentin Road, and 836 W. Dorchester Road.
a. Preliminary/Final Plat of Subdivision to permit a 6-lot single-family residential development; and,
b. Rezoning from R-1 Single Family Residential to R-2 Single Family Residential; and
c. Vacation of the southern 3 feet of the W. Brookside Street right-of-way and the northern 3 feet of W. Dorchester Road right-of-way, directly abutting the Subject Properties.
