A. Simple Recycling Curbside Collection Program Amendment to Agreement (No cost)

Objective: Reduce residential landfill waste through free curbside clothing and home goods recycling program.

B. Kane County Child Advocacy Center Agreement for Investigating of Sensitive Crimes Involving Children ($35,000)

Objective: Provide investigative and victim services for cases involving children who have been victimized by sexual or serious physical abuse.

C. Electrical Engineering Services Agreement for Water Treatment Plants with Donohue & Associates Inc. ($300,000)

Objective: Provide the City with engineering services to evaluate, design and provide construction services related to electrical improvements at the Leo Nelson Riverside and Airlite Water Treatment Plants.

D. Lead Service Line Replacement Program Engineering Services Agreement with Engineering Enterprises Inc. for 2021 Improvements ($181,995)

Objective: Contract for engineering services to implement remedial action relating to lead water service lines located on private property.

E. Engineering Services Agreement with Baxter and Woodman for 2020-2025 National Pollution Discharge Elimination System Phase 2 Storm Water Permit Compliance Project (2020 total $90,110; five year total $442,110)

Objective: Provide engineering required to maintain compliance with the federally mandated National Pollution Discharge Elimination System permit program.

F. Agreement with O'Brien & Gere Engineers Inc. for Environmental Remediation Services for 40 Ann Street ($1,275,194)

Objective: Complete the environmental remediation of the City owned property at 40 Ann Street in order to continue to process the property through state's Site Remediation Program.

G. Group Facilitator for Community Task Force on Policing; Proposed Request for Qualifications (Cost Not Determined)

Objective: Approve request for qualifications seeking group facilitator for community task force on policing.

H. Ordinance Prohibiting Tents in City Parks and on Other City-Owned Properties (No cost)

Objective: Prohibit tents being placed in City parks and on other City-owned properties.

I. Actions to Address Criminal Behavior & Homelessness in Downtown Elgin
