3. To approve expenditure, not to exceed $1.138.00. payable to Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. for professional services January 26, 2020 to February 29, 2020 for the Police Department - Design Engineering Services expensed to FY 19/20 line item 12-25-8530.00 - Capital Project Fund.

4. To approve expenditure, not to exceed $4.416.50. payable to Christopher B. Burke Engineering, Ltd. for professional services March 1, 2020 to March 28, 2020 for the Police Department - Design Engineering Services expensed to FY 19/20 line item 12-25-8530.00 - Capital Project Fund.

To approve expenditure, not to exceed $1.948.59. payable to Chicago Tribune Company for legal public notices for the 2020 Village Annual Water Report & the Appropriation Ordinance Public Hearing expensed to FY 19/20 line item 22-00-7075.00 - $1,920.00 - Water & Sewer Fund and 11-02-7059.00 - $29.59 - Legal.

10. To Adopt Ordinance 20-12, An Ordinance Approving a Temporary Outdoor Dining and Drinking Permit Program During Phase 3 of Restore Illinois Plan.

11. Transfer from Parkway General Savings Account in the amount of$119.301.00as they appear on May 14, 2020 check register #68297 thru #68335.

12. Transfer from Parkway General Savings Account in the estimated amount of$180.000.00

to Parkway Bank Payroll Account. (May 28, 2020).

13. Electronic Transfer from Parkway General Savings Account in the amount of$274.290.45 as they appear on the EFT Register thru May 28, 2020.

O. PUBLIC COMMENT: Public Comment: Upon recognition to speak by the village president or acting chairperson, the person shall rise and state his or her name and address. An individual may speak for himself or herself or as a representative of a community group. No person shall speak longer than three minutes unless specifically authorized to do so by a majority ofthe vote ofthe board oftrustees. The three minutes time limit will be measured by a person selected by the village board. Thirty (30) minutes of meeting time will be the maximum time allowed for public comment; Village Code 2.12.090
