a. Application for HOME CHDO Funds to Construct a Coach House for Affordable Rental by Housing Opportunity Development Corporation
5. NEW/OTHER BUSINESS
a. Members are asked to nominate Commissioners to serve as Chair and Vice Chair for 2020. The Chair and Vice Chair will be elected at the meeting on April 2, 2020
6. STAFF REPORTS
a. Landlord-Tenant Services Report 10.1.2018-12.31.2019
b. The March 5, 2020 Housing and Homelessness Commission meeting is canceled so Commissioners may join the Affordable Housing Plan Steering Committee and members of the community at the Affordable Housing Community Workshop at 7 PM in the Parasol Room.
