Village of Hoffman Estates Village Board met Dec. 2.

1. CALL TO ORDER:
Village President William McLeod called the hearing to order at 6:55 p.m. The Village Clerk called the Roll. Trustees present: Gary Pilafas, Gary Stanton, Michael Gaeta, Karen Arnet, Anna Newell A quorum was present.
ADMINISTRATION PRESENT:
J. Norris, Village Manager
2. PURPOSE OF HEARING:
The purpose of this hearing is to inform the public of the Village’s 2020 purposed budget.
Mr. Norris stated when the notice was posted in the Daily Herald and when the Finance Committee meeting was held to discuss the 2020 proposed budget. He gave a brief overview of the budget.
3. VILLAGE BOARD COMMENTS/QUESTIONS:
There were no comments or questions from the Board.
4. PUBLIC COMMENTS/QUESTIONS:
There were no comments or questions from the public.
5. ADJOURNMENT:
Motion by Trustee Arnet, seconded by Trustee Gaeta, to adjourn the hearing. Voice vote taken. All ayes. Motion carried. Time 6:57 p.m.
