Northbrook Elementary School District 27 recently issued the following announcement.

The Northbrook School District 27 Board of Education is seeking a candidate to fill a vacant position on the Board. The individual will fill the position up until the April 6, 2021 spring election. Interested individuals must be a resident of District 27. Individuals who would like to be considered for this position should write a letter of interest to the Board of Education at the following address:

The letter of interest will be considered the individual’s application. The letter should include the following three items:

1. A statement of interest to fill the position
2. Background information that would help the Board become acquainted with you
3. A description of your qualifications for the position and the experiences that you could bring to your service as a Board member

The deadline for submitting the letter of interest is January 13, 2020.  If selected for an interview, candidates will be interviewed on Tuesday, January 21, 2020. The Board President will contact selected individuals with details regarding the interview process.
