CALL TO ORDER
The Special Meeting of the Board of Education was called to order by President, Melissa Choo Valentinas at 7:15pm.

A quorum of the Board was confirmed by President, Melissa Choo Valentinas.
Member Jeffrey Steres made a motion to go into closed session to consider information regarding the appointment, employment, compensation, or performance of specific employees. Member Nancy Hammer seconded the motion.

Aye: Robert Resis, Melissa Choo Valentinas, Nancy Hammer, Maria Vasilopoulos, Jeffrey Steres
Nay: None.
The motion passed 5:0. At 7:32pm
