1. Call to Order.
2. Case No. 19-36-ZA – 1100 Pelham Road: An application submitted by Tom and Kimberly Handler seeking approval of a zoning variation to allow an addition to the existing residence at 1100 Pelham Road. The requested zoning variation would permit the proposed addition to provide less than the minimum required total side yard setback. The Zoning Administrator has final jurisdiction on this request.
3. Public Comment.
