Applicant: Gina Bertolini, Big Fish Subdivision

Address: 1120 & 1128 N. Drury Lane, Prospect Heights, IL

Description of Request:

The applicant is owner of both 1120 & 1128 N. Drury Lane. They are consolidating the lots for the purpose of demolishing the existing structures and constructing a new single family residence.

2. PZBA #19-17 PC – Plat of Easement and Dedication

Applicant: Thorntons Convenient Store & Gas Station

Address: 1600 N. Rand Rd. Arlington Heights, IL 60004

Description of Request:

A final plat of subdivision was approved by City Council, R-18-09, which dedicated certain easements. During construction the dedicated easement territory did not match where the existing sanitary sewer lines were located. Thus the request to vacate and dedicated new easements.

Applicant: Maxine Barton, Lola’s Pizza Palace

Address: 1612 N. Rand Road

Description of Request:

The applicant has entered into a lease agreement to relocate their restaurant for Prospect Crossing Shopping Center to 1612 N. Rand Road. This location was previously a restaurant.

However, the use has been vacated for many years requiring a new special use public hearing
