Consideration of a draft Resolution recommending approval of an application by the President and Board of Trustees of the Village of Northbrook to consider amending various sections of the Northbrook Zoning Code (1988), as amended, concerning definitions, appropriate zoning districts, standards, operational conditions, and procedures for authorizing various types of adult-use cannabis (marijuana) businesses, including without limitation, cultivation and dispensary facilities, in the Village of Northbrook, all as authorized by the Illinois Cannabis Regulation and Tax Act.
