Rosemont home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Rosemont fell by $224,500 while total sales decreased by 31.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 11 homes sold, with a median sale price of $140,000 - a 61.6% decrease over the $364,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 16 homes sold in Rosemont in the first half of 2018.
