Wheeling (Cook County) home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Wheeling in Cook County fell by $10,000 while total sales decreased by 13.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 213 homes sold, with a median sale price of $190,000 - a 5% decrease over the $200,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 245 homes sold in Wheeling in the first half of 2018.
