Roselle (Cook County) home prices fall in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Roselle in Cook County fell by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 12.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 29 homes sold, with a median sale price of $224,000 - a 2% decrease over the $228,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 33 homes sold in Roselle in the first half of 2018.
