Norridge home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Norridge rose by $4,500 while total sales decreased by 20.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 80 homes sold, with a median sale price of $289,500 - a 1.6% increase over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 101 homes sold in Norridge in the first half of 2018.
