Lincolnwood home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Lincolnwood rose by $1,000 while total sales decreased by 13.4%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 71 homes sold, with a median sale price of $345,000 - a 0.3% increase over the $344,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 82 homes sold in Lincolnwood in the first half of 2018.
