Park Ridge home prices rise in the first half of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the first half of 2019 in Park Ridge rose by $12,500 while total sales increased by 2.8%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From January through June of 2019, there were 331 homes sold, with a median sale price of $400,000 - a 3.2% increase over the $387,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 322 homes sold in Park Ridge in the first half of 2018.
