Norridge home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Norridge rose by $3,250 while total sales decreased by 5.1%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 56 homes sold, with a median sale price of $288,250 - a 1.1% increase over the $285,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 59 homes sold in Norridge in the second quarter of 2018.
