Morton Grove home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Morton Grove fell by $3,500 while total sales increased by 10.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 132 homes sold, with a median sale price of $301,500 - a 1.1% decrease over the $305,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 119 homes sold in Morton Grove in the second quarter of 2018.
