Skokie home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Skokie rose by $2,000 while total sales decreased by 14.9%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 223 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,500 - a 0.6% increase over the $313,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 262 homes sold in Skokie in the second quarter of 2018.
