Glencoe home prices fall in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Glencoe fell by $10,750 while total sales decreased by 19.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 42 homes sold, with a median sale price of $832,500 - a 1.3% decrease over the $843,250 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 52 homes sold in Glencoe in the second quarter of 2018.
