Winnetka home prices rise in the second quarter of 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in the second quarter of 2019 in Winnetka rose by $302,500 while total sales decreased by 16.5%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From April through June of 2019, there were 66 homes sold, with a median sale price of $1,292,500 - a 30.6% increase over the $990,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 79 homes sold in Winnetka in the second quarter of 2018.
