Illinois General Assembly: HB3481 actions on Aug. 15

The following actions were taken on Aug. 15 in the House on House bill HB3481 ("kyoto protocol of 1998"): "Public Act . . . . . . . . .", "Effective Date August" and "Governor Approved".

The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Robyn Gabel (D-18) on Feb. 15, "repeals the Kyoto Protocol Act of 1998" and "effective immediately," according to the General Assembly website.
