Illinois General Assembly: SB1507 actions on May 22

The following actions were taken on May 22 in the House on Senate bill SB1507 ("civ pro-disseminate priv image"): "Held on Calendar Order of Second Reading - Short Debate", "Second Reading - Short Debate", "House Floor Amendment No. 1 Referred to Rules Committee" and "House Floor Amendment No. 1 Filed with Clerk by Rep. Mary Edly-Allen".

The bill, as it was introduced in the Senate by Sen. Melinda Bush (D-31) on Feb. 15, "creates the Civil Remedies for Nonconsensual Dissemination of Private Sexual Images Act" and "defines terms," according to the General Assembly website.
