The bill, as it was introduced in the House by Rep. Jonathan Carroll (D-57) on Feb. 6, "amends the Illinois Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act" and "provides that a food is misbranded if it contains sesame, unless it bears labeling stating that fact," according to the General Assembly website.
