Wilmette home prices fall in April 2019

The median sale price of a home sold in April 2019 in Wilmette fell by $75,000 while total sales increased by 16.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In April 2019, there were 49 homes sold, with a median sale price of $590,000 - a 11.3% decrease over the $665,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 42 homes sold in Wilmette in April 2018.

The median sales tax in Wilmette for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $12,133, approximately 2.1% of the median home sale price for April 2019.
