Harwood Heights home prices fall in May 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in May 2017 in Harwood Heights fell by $3,500 while total sales increased by 75%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In May 2017, there were 14 homes sold, with a median sale price of $260,000 - a 1.3% decrease over the $263,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were eight homes sold in Harwood Heights in May 2016.
