South Barrington home prices fall in March 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in March 2017 in South Barrington fell by $119,250 while total sales decreased by 60%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In March 2017, there were two homes sold, with a median sale price of $611,250 - a 16.3% decrease over the $730,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were five homes sold in South Barrington in March 2016.
