Harwood Heights home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Harwood Heights rose by $1,250 while total sales decreased by 33.3%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were six homes sold, with a median sale price of $226,250 - a 0.6% increase over the $225,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were nine homes sold in Harwood Heights in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Harwood Heights for 2017 was $4,757. In 2016, the median sales tax was $4,829. This marks an decrease of 1.5%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.1%.
