Arlington Heights (Cook County) home prices rise in February 2017

The median sale price of a home sold in February 2017 in Arlington Heights in Cook County rose by $32,500 while total sales increased by 13.6%, according to BlockShopper.com.

In February 2017, there were 75 homes sold, with a median sale price of $265,000 - a 14% increase over the $232,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 66 homes sold in Arlington Heights in February 2016.

The median sales tax in Arlington Heights for 2017 was $7,193. In 2016, the median sales tax was $7,036. This marks an increase of 2.2%. The effective property tax rate, using the median property tax and median home sale price as the basis, is 2.7%.
