Morton Grove home prices rise in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Morton Grove rose by $7,500 while total sales decreased by 31.7%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 110 homes sold, with a median sale price of $315,000 - a 2.4% increase over the $307,500 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 161 homes sold in Morton Grove in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Morton Grove for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $6,406.50, approximately 2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
