Arlington Heights (Cook County) home prices fall in the third quarter of 2018

The median sale price of a home sold in the third quarter of 2018 in Arlington Heights in Cook County fell by $7,000 while total sales decreased by 16.2%, according to BlockShopper.com.

From July through September of 2018, there were 382 homes sold, with a median sale price of $328,000 - a 2.1% decrease over the $335,000 median sale price for the same period of the previous year. There were 456 homes sold in Arlington Heights in the third quarter of 2017.

The median sales tax in Arlington Heights for the most recent year with available data, 2017, was $7,192.70, approximately 2.2% of the median home sale price for the third quarter of 2018.
