president candidate Sunil Shah returns $1,750 contribution from Rely Service Inc.

The campaign committee of president candidate Sunil Shah, Shah for Schaumburg, returned a $1,750 contribution from Rely Service Inc. on Jan. 15, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Rely Service Inc. has not made any other contributions to Sunil Shah in the past 12 months.
