The campaign committee of school board memberdist 34 glenview candidate Glenn Farkas, Friends of Farkas, returned a $1,000 contribution from Glenn Farkas on July 16, according to the Illinois State Board of Elections.

Candidates sometimes refuse or return contributions because they do not want their campaign to be affiliated with the donor. Farkas has not made any other contributions to Glenn Farkas in the past 12 months.
