Friends of Robin Rue owes $14,875 in fines

The campaign committee Friends of Robin Rue owes a $4,725 fine imposed on Aug. 31, 2018, according to Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

A detailed look reveals the committee owes additional outstanding fines totaling $10,150 with Freida Lynn Morris listed as the responsible officer.

ISBE Records dating back to 2003 show 25 area campaign committees owe a combined total of $203,405 in pending fines.
