How did Soojae Lee spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Republican Soojae Lee's election campaign committee, Friends of Soojae Lee, spent $7,352 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Lee's committee spent the most on consulting in the quarter, with all those payments ($2,250) going to Nuvo, Llc in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Lee's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
