How did Debra Shore spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Democratic Debra Shore's election campaign committee, Friends of Debra Shore, spent $18,973 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Shore's committee spent the most on fundraising consulting in the quarter, with all those payments ($5,000) going to Scott Kastrup in Evanston. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Shore's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
