How did William Bill Grear spend campaign funds in the third quarter?

Independent William Bill Grear's election campaign committee, Action Party of Morton Grove, spent $9,178 in the third quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Grear's committee spent the most on golf outings in the quarter, with all those payments ($7,349) going to Chevy Chase Country Club in Wheeling. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Grear's committee spent its money in the third quarter.
