How did Daniel Biss spend campaign funds in the first quarter?

Democratic Daniel Biss's election campaign committee, Biss for Illinois, spent $5,837,052 in the first quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Biss's committee spent the most on tv advertising in the quarter, with all those payments ($4,452,277) going to Canal Partners Media in Atlanta. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Biss's committee spent its money in the first quarter.
