How did Daniel Biss spend campaign funds in the fourth quarter?

Democratic Daniel Biss's election campaign committee, Biss for Illinois, spent $635,426 in the fourth quarter, according to committee expenditure records obtained from the Illinois State Board of Elections (ISBE).

Biss's committee spent the most on payroll in the quarter, with 10.4% of this total ($20,329) going to Abigail Witt in Chicago. Table 1 below shows the distribution of how Biss's committee spent its money in the fourth quarter.
